Adam Boucher: President

Adam Boucher is President and Founder of Adam Capital Inc, a green energy investment fund Management Company. Adam Capital presently manages Ethos Green Energy Asset Finance. He provides overall leadership and direction in all operations, presides in the loan committee, investor relations, and fund management.
Adam Boucher, a recognized leader in the field of green energy finance recently presented at the 23rd annual SD forum "Emerging Technology Connection" in Palo Alto, CA. He is also the green energy investing Business Consultant for West Coast Green.
Mr. Boucher has been personally engaged in asset based lending since 2003. Investing his own capital he has assembled a team with extensive experience in asset-based lending in the green energy sector to manage Ethos Green Energy Asset Finance.
He is also a Principle with Determined Productions Inc. Determined Productions pioneered the commercialization of intellectual property licensing with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, and serves fortune 100 companies.
A 1995 Graduate of University of California San Diego, he was UCSD Executive Chairman, CALPIRG (California Public Interest Research Group). Through CALPIRG, Boucher helped launch the "Ancient Forest Campaign", which ultimately saved thousands of acres of ancient rain forests in British Columbia.

Mr. Boucher is a San Francisco native and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ. He has lived in Italy, Argentina and Sweden and is fluent in three languages.
Larry Farris: Underwriting
Larry Farris is Senior Underwriter and a member of the loan committee.
His functions include underwriting, asset analysis, risk analysis, negotiations, deal structure, and loan servicing. Mr. Farris is an expert in renewable energy technologies and incentives. He has 15 years experience in collateralized asset lending.
Mr. Farris was recognized for his passion of business, persuasion, and finance early nin life. At 21 Farris was recognized as the outstanding small business student of the year for BYU Idaho (Ricks College). By 23, Farris was invited to serve an internship at Banco Continental in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where his duties involved international exchange. It was at Banco Continental that Farris first began modeling multiple traunche arbitrage structures. In 1988, at 24, he was invited to the Reagan White House and participated in national campaign management training programs.
By the early 1990s, Farris had completed extensive securities and financial planning training with World Marketing Alliance and had started his own boutique firm, Capital Group, Ltd. Capital Group was an Oregon licensed mortgage banker providing underwriting, collateralized note investments, loan servicing, and consulting. Utilizing yield enhancement, Capital Group generated annual yields in excess of 25%.
Over the last 15 years, Farris has underwritten loans and financial structures involving purchase, refinance, construction, and project finance secured by a variety of assets including real estate, construction projects, redevelopment projects, inventory, livestock, non-tangible property, business personal property, trucks, and equipment.
Mr. Farris' experiences have honed his capacity to value assets with a keen awareness of the possibility of default, foreclosure, recovery challenges, depletion, holding time, project completion management, and eventual sale.
Mr. Farris brings a personal commitment to avoid borrower default to his underwriting of business models, management character and capacity, and potential repayment strategies.
His experience in wet lands recognition and abatement, toxic chemical remediation, fire restoration, creditor issues in foreclosure and bankruptcy, repossession and disposition of a variety of classes of collateral, land use and development issues, as well as securities and lending regulatory issues all demonstrate Farris' breadth of experience and expertise for the underwriting roll required of him with Ethos.
Mr. Farris has a BS in Management from Linfield College.
Alexa Bowen: Office Manager

Alexa grew up in Tempe AZ and earned her BA in English from Arizona State University in 2001. She has been working in the financial industry since 2000. As a financial specialist, Alexa assists clients with a net worth of $1M+ to help them formulate wealth accumulation and non-traditional investment strategies. She helps to manage the goals, individual requirements, and day-to-day needs of clients. Alexa enjoys being the primary contact and first resource for clients' questions. In addition, she works closely with the entire Adam Capital team to ensure that all deadlines are met. Alexa married her husband Ryan in May of 1998.
